Supplier Rep Credentialing 

Trinity Health has chosen to partner with IntelliCentrics to provide supplier credentialing services. To ensure we meet regulatory requirements for the safety of our patients, staff, and visitors, all suppliers that are patient facing and/or frequently visiting a Trinity Health site are required to be registered with a Premium Account and be compliant with Trinity Health vendor representative credentialing through IntelliCentrics. Registering through IntelliCentrics alone is not sufficient to be an approved vendor at Trinity Health.

Before you visit: 

If vendor representative will not be registered with IntelliCentrics, please work with the onsite business owner to ensure vendor rep meets local policy and credential requirements.
