Tina Grant, senior vice president of public policy and advocacy, serves a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Trinity Health. She leads federal and state advocacy, government relations, legislative and regulatory affairs, and digital advocacy across the ministry’s national footprint. She advances an advocacy agenda designed to improve the health of communities for the 28 million people who live in Trinity Health’s service areas.

Tina has been a leader in several internal strategic initiatives including the COVID-19 response team, workforce resilience, state payment innovation, health insurance marketplace preparedness, and Affordable Care Act implementation. She is a passionate spokesperson committed to transforming our nation’s health care in service of the Common Good.

Prior to joining Trinity Health, Tina provided legal counsel, insurance and health policy analysis, and business management for the Michigan legislature. She began her career working as an association professional in Washington, D.C. and served as an elected County Commissioner for six years.

Tina currently serves on the Catholic Health Association of the United States Board of Trustees and the Trinity Health Of New England Board of Directors. She received her Juris Doctor from Michigan State University and Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University. She is an avid outdoor enthusiast.
