Paperless Billing

Trinity Health is excited to announce that we are transitioning our computer system to paperless billing. Effective March 1, 2026, all accounts will automatically convert to paperless billing for your convenience and security.

What you need to know:

You will no longer receive a paper statement in the mail.

  • When a new billing statement is available, you will receive a text notification or a secure email to view your statement.
  • You can log into our secured online MyChart patient portal at https://mychart.trinity-health.org/MyChart - Click on "Billing", then go to statements.
  • If you do not have a MyChart login you can click the link provided in the notification to view your statement.
  • You can make a secure online payment or set up a monthly payment plan.

Why we are making this change:

  • Statements and payment reminders are available instantly.
  • Financial information is organized in one place.
  • Financial data is protected, which reduces the risk of sensitive information being lost or stolen.
  • Reduces paper waste and conserves natural resources.

If you prefer to receive a paper statement, you will have to opt-out of paperless billing after March 1st by logging into our secure MyChart patient portal at https://mychart.trinity-health.org/MyChart - Click on "Communication Preference" then scroll down to billing.
