Dan Roth, M.D., Quoted in Modern Healthcare Story About Mask Requirements

Dan Roth, M.D., Trinity Health executive vice president and chief clinical officer, commented in a Modern Healthcare story about the recent court decision to lift the federal mask mandate from airlines and public transit.

Trinity Health will maintain current masking requirements despite the ruling. "Trinity Health has followed guidelines from the CDC to ensure the safety of our colleagues, clinicians, and patients. Yesterday's court decision removing the requirement for face coverings on public transportation was irresponsibly abrupt and increases risk," said Dr. Roth.
