The Trinity Health Fellowship Program is designed to provide an immersive educational experience within our nonprofit multi-unit health care system. We seek individuals interested in management roles, who show potential for top-tier executive leadership in the healthcare sector. The one-year fellowship starts in June.

Our program is flexible, tailored to align with participants' goals and organizational needs. Fellows will have the chance to gain experience in corporate offices, subsidiaries, and one or more Health Ministries. Much of the fellowship year will be spent at a Health Ministry or within a System Office Business Function, under the guidance of a primary preceptor. A secondary preceptor will be assigned to offer a complementary organizational perspective. Depending on individual and organizational objectives, fellows may engage in projects at multiple sites.

To ensure exposure to the breadth of our integrated healthcare system, fellows will undergo a thorough orientation at the start of the program. Throughout the fellowship, they will maintain close collaboration with corporate and Health Ministry staff, participating in key meetings and conferences as identified by their primary and secondary preceptors.

As the fellowship progresses, preceptors, the fellowship team, Talent Acquisition and Trinity Health Leaders will partner with the fellow to identify full-time opportunities that align with the fellow’s experience and career aspirations.
