Trinity Health provides you with supplemental insurance options to enhance your existing benefits package. These policies are managed through MetLife and are provided as part of the Trinity Health Corporation Welfare Benefit Plan, which is sponsored and maintained by Trinity Health. As a result, they are only offered during upon initial eligibility or open enrollment. They can only be cancelled during open enrollment.
