Maria Szymanski,
Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer

Serving as Trinity Health’s Chief Development Officer since 2006, Maria Szymanski manages business development strategies and oversees their implementation. More broadly, she provides guidance to joint venture, real estate activities and other transactions across the Unified Enterprise Ministry™.

For much of her 14 years at Trinity Health, Maria has provided leadership for the development of many financial activities, including financial reporting, accounting, insurance and the alignment of Trinity Health’s eastern division. Prior to joining Trinity Health, she served in finance leadership positions at Selectcare, St. Joseph’s Healthcare, and Sinai Hospital.
