Michael Holper,
Senior Vice President, Organizational Integrity and Internal Audit.

Mike Holper provides leadership and direction to the design, implementation and ongoing operation of our systemwide organizational integrity program. Through this program, Holper helps ensure Trinity Health and its member organizations fully comply with various laws and regulations pertaining to our business activities. He also provides leadership and direction to the development and operation of Trinity Health's internal audit function.

Holper formerly served as vice president, corporate audit group, with Holy Cross Health System. In collaboration with HCHS legal and mission services, he assisted in the initial development and ongoing operation of the HCHS Organizational Integrity Program. Holper joined HCHS in 1994 after approximately 10 years with the healthcare practice of Ernst & Young LLP in Indianapolis.
