Edward G. Chadwick,
Senior Vice President and CFO

As Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Trinity Health, Chadwick is responsible for all areas of system-wide finance including treasury, financial planning, financial reporting, revenue management, tax, and insurance.

In 17 years with Trinity Health, Chadwick has served in levels of increasing responsibility in system-level financial operations and as a Ministry Organization Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Trinity Health, he served in various financial leadership positions at the University of Chicago Hospitals and West Suburban Medical Center. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago.
