You play a key role in making decisions about your health care services and we wish to support you and your family in those decisions. As an active and involved partner in your hospital care, Trinity Health provides quality and safety data of our member hospitals across the United States so you have the information to make the best decisions for you and your family.

The clinical data found on our quality report cards are combined scores of 24 Trinity Health hospitals in seven states over a six-month period. These scores are updated on a quarterly basis. The measurements are consistent with the ones on the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Hospital Quality Alliance (HQA) at www.hospitalcompare.hhs.gov.

Our quality report card will provide you with the following information:

  • Eight indicators related to heart attack
  • Four indicators related to heart failure
  • Seven indicators related to pneumonia
  • Five indicators related to surgical infection prevention
  • A brief description of each condition or procedure
  • A brief description of each indicator
  • National data for each indicator as opposed to Trinity Health’s data
  • Additional resources

Trust in Trinity Health’s commitment to quality is a vital part of our vision to achieve excellence in all that we do. We hope this information helps you make more informed decisions.
