Trinity Health Names Edward Chadwick Chief Financial Officer
Novi, Michigan – Trinity Health today announced the
appointment of Edward Chadwick to Senior Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer, effective Sept. 1.
Mr. Chadwick replaces James Peppiatt-Combes, Trinity Health’s
former CFO who earlier moved into the newly created position
of Chief Development Officer, leading business development
activities throughout Trinity Health.
In 17 years with Trinity Health, Mr. Chadwick has provided
leadership for the development of many system-wide finance
activities. Recent key responsibilities included treasury,
revenue management and financial planning. Mr. Chadwick joined
the organization as CFO at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland, Pontiac,
Mich. For the past 12 years, he has been a leader in Trinity
Health’s system-level financial operations, most recently
as Senior Vice President.

Prior to joining Trinity Health, Mr. Chadwick served in various
financial leadership positions at the University of Chicago
Hospitals and West Suburban Medical Center. He has a bachelor’s
degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and an
MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago.
