Trinity Health holds its leaders accountable for creating an environment within their scope of responsibility that supports diversity and inclusion. Through various efforts, we are ensuring that the Ministry Organizations, the Trinity Health Board of Directors and senior leadership are committed to making diversity and inclusion a top priority for Trinity Health.

At every level, we recognize the value that different perspectives bring to our business, and we celebrate the unique characteristics and strengths of each associate.

With our Unified Enterprise Ministry spread out over seven states and hundreds of facilities, it’s not hard to imagine that each Ministry Organization has its own diversity challenges and opportunities. Our hospital in Fresno, California, for example, serves a very different community than one in southeastern Michigan.
