Fellowship Program
Application Process
The following information should be submitted as a complete packet by October 20, 2009:
- Graduate Academic Records
- Current Resume
- Two Letters of Recommendation (one from a faculty member if currently enrolled in a graduate degree program)
- Narrative statement of fellowship and career objectives. Include in your statement your answers to the following:
- What would you bring to Trinity Health to help us better live out our mission?
- How would the fellowship help you achieve your career goals?
- Telephone numbers where you can be reached during the month of November.
- Desired geographic location (locations may vary from year to year)
- Desired setting; managed care, home care, long-term care, acute care, etc.
